Applejack's Sweet Craze Ch.1

*Whack!* a horde of apples fell. *Smash!* another batch of apples fell. Applejack was currently bucking apples at her family's Sweet Apple Acres, giving fierce kicks to the Apple trees that had been planted there by her Granny years ago. "Phew! Well..that's the last of them apples, now 'ah can finally get back to Big Mac--Sis!" Applejack was then interrupted by her younger sister and her friends. She then turned her head to see the fillies running up to her with their wagon with a bunch of pastries in them. "Well if it ain't the Cutie Mark Crusaders, what y'all be doing with all that delicious looking food, got errands from Pinkie Pie?" Applejack asked to the three fillies. "Oh no, we made them ourselves." Sweetie Belle answered, with a feeling of pride coming from her tone of voice. "Yeah! we figured if we worked together at baking we could get our cutie marks!" Scootaloo cheered, flapping her wings in excitement. "So I thought to have you taste 'em, ya always did have good sense uh taste."





Applejack put her hoof to her chin in remark Applebloom's statement "Yeah, you're right 'bout that, but why didn't ya ask Pinkie Pie? She loves eating stuff like this." the mare said pointing to a cupcake and pie. Applebloom face changed to that of nervousness. "Well...we were but...she's got an odd taste in food..." she said feeling a hint of guilt. Applejack looked to her side, also feeling guilt. "Well alright, then!" Quickly saying to alleviate the slight awkwardness. "Gimme one of those...apple fritters? Applebloom! you didn't make these treats from the stash of apples ah got for the market tomorrow did you?" Applejack said with a bit of anger and suspicion. "N-no ah took all the apples we used from those trees o'er there." the yellow pony retorted, pointing her hoof to a group of trees off the left side of the barn in front of them. What she said was only half-true, as they had taken a good amount of apples from both places. Applejack eyed down her younger sister, still suspicious of her. "Yeah, we only took the apples from over there Applejack, honest." Scootaloo said crossing hr chest with her left hoof. "Hmm..." Applejack grunted taking her sister and friends word as truth now. "Well alright, gimme one then!" "Sure!" Sweetie Belle cheered, throwing an Apple Fritter straight into Applejack's mouth. Chewing for a few seconds letting the taste flow over her tongue and mouth, she slowly lit up with absolute ecstasy from the sensation.





"Oh, wow! Hmm mmh that is the best fritter ah've ever tasted! Give me some more food girls!" Applejack shouted as she licked her lips to get any crumbs on her face. "*gasp*! YAY!" the CMC cheered simultaneously, at that moment they all looked at their flanks to find a cutie mark but, alas they were still blank. "Ah-ah don't get it..." Applebloom said in despair, "Why don't we have our cutie marks? You love our food and we did 'em all right..." she said looking down at the ground dejected and saddened. "*munch* *gulp* Do-don't worry, y'all three just need to keep at it, and I'm sure your cutie marks will appear." Applejack said in between her devouring of an Apple Pie from the top of the pile on the wagon.





"Ya sure sis?" "Yeah are you sure?" Applebloom and Scootaloo said in response, with Scootaloo being a bit more demanding in her tone. "Uh huh, just keep making this food, and everypony will love 'em! Now, y'all three mind if ah uhh help taste your goods some more?" Applejack said nearly drooling at this point. "Yeah! We got tons more in the kitchen!" Sweetie Belle said, making a small hop in excitement, waving her hooves in the air. "Great, just lead me to them!" Applejack demanded as the fillies ran off to the Apple family's abode. The four ponies trotted along to the home, with Applejack going at the treats nopony's business, once they had made their way into the kitchen Applejack marveled at the sight of the mound of food and was delightfully surprised at how much the fillies had crafted. "Wooow! ah can't believe y'all made so much!" Applejack said nearly about to go in a trance, her hunger rising to levels it had never been to before. Applejack then nearly jumped into the pile, which was on the floor due to the girls going overboard and making too much to properly set on the tables.
